Hayley Reynolds

ECLIPSE Program Manager

Hayley Reynolds is the Program Manager for the ECLIPSE Program at the Climate Democracy Initiative. She brings nearly two decades of experience in organizational psychology and community-based program design, focusing on experiential learning, collective leadership, and youth empowerment. Hayley is passionate about building collaborative ecosystems and support systems that enable young people to lead with confidence, passion, and purpose.

Throughout her career, Hayley has worked at the intersection of youth voice, climate justice, and community engagement—facilitating leadership development workshops, coordinating national speaker series, and mentoring youth as they step into their power. Her approach centers on removing barriers, expanding access to resources, and creating inclusive experiences that ignite sustainable, people-powered change.

Hayley believes lasting climate solutions are rooted in relationships—woven from diverse voices, intergenerational wisdom, and community-driven action. In her current role, she is excited to grow the ECLIPSE Program into a dynamic model that nurtures youth-led climate initiatives, fosters deep collaboration across communities, and strengthens collective capacity to act.

Her vision is to ensure every young person feels not only seen and supported but activated to lead right now—with purpose, courage, and a strong community behind them. She believes in building a movement grounded in collaboration, connection, and collective leadership.

In addition to her role with ECLIPSE, Hayley facilitates the Think Like a Genius® Challenge through Colorado Young Leaders and serves as a Community Projects Evaluator for the Future Problem Solving International program. Empowering youth with the tools and insights to lead through community engagement and activation is a central passion in her work.

In her free time, you can find Hayley planning trips to explore hidden and magical corners of national forests and parks with her friends and husband, paddling on the water, or playing with her dog, Griffin.
