Chelsea Ammons

Chelsea Ammons serves as a Curriculum Developer for the ECLIPSE Program at the Climate Democracy Initiative. In this role, she builds practical, engaging educational resources that bring together climate action and local civic engagement. She brings over ten years of K-12 education experience to the team, and was named the Denver Public Schools' Middle School Counselor of the Year in 2022.

Chelsea believes that every student deserves the tools to make a real difference where they live. She designs her materials so both teachers and students can turn big ideas into meaningful, everyday action. Outside of work, you can usually find her in the mountains with her family and dogs, almost always holding a great cup of coffee.
