Lexi Ritter

Executive Administrator

Lexi Ritter brings more than a decade of experience in administration, operations, and development to her role as Executive Administrator at the Climate Democracy Initiative. Throughout her career, she has excelled at building strong client relationships, streamlining operations, and leading initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness. Prior to joining CDI, Lexi held leadership positions in sales and administration, where she drove revenue growth, managed large-scale projects, and enhanced team efficiency across multiple sectors.

Her professional path began in education and childcare, where she provided critical leadership and family support, before expanding into administrative and sales leadership roles, including regional sales management and HOA administration. This breadth of experience has equipped Lexi with exceptional skills in communication, problem-solving, and organizational strategy- tools she now leverages to strengthen CDI’s operations and partnerships.

After years of experience in the private sector, Lexi chose to transition into the nonprofit space to align her professional work more closely with her personal values. She is eager to apply the knowledge and skills gained in business settings to advance environmental stewardship and help strengthen CDI’s mission of building climate resilience and democratic engagement.

A Colorado resident for over 20 years, Lexi is deeply connected to her community and passionate about environmental stewardship. As a mother of two, she enjoys hiking Colorado’s trails, crocheting, and baking. At CDI, she is committed to ensuring that the organization’s mission is supported by strong infrastructure, enabling the team to maximize impact in advancing climate resilience and democratic engagement.
