India Gupta is a philanthropic advisor and nonprofit strategist originally from Princeton, NJ. She currently serves as Deputy Managing Director at KM Strategies Group, where she leadswork with mission-driven organizations to design strategies forgrowth, scale, and sustainable fundraising. She is also an executive advisory board member of the Etolia Fund, which invests in leaders, organizations, and infrastructure across the American South and Appalachia, regions long underfunded by philanthropy despite powering generations of progress. India previously served as Chief Strategy Officer at Unlocking Communities and began her career at Arabella Advisors,supporting clients including Goldman Sachs, Ford Foundation,and Heinz Endowments. She holds a BA from Davidson Collegeand an MBA from Yale School of Management.
