Program Manager, Community Visioning 2030
The Climate Democracy Initiative is looking for a strategic, community-centered leader to join our team! As Program Manager, you’ll drive community-led planning efforts that support rural Colorado communities navigating climate and energy transitions. This role leads curriculum design, team and partner coordination, and local implementation, all to strengthen equitable, inclusive decision-making where it’s needed most.
If you have experience in facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and climate justice—and you’re passionate about empowering communities to shape their futures—we want to hear from you!
Location: Hybrid, Colorado (Denver preferred)
Full-time | $85,000–$90,000 salary
